MOBILE WALLET AND GAME CARD GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective as of: January 1, 2026
The Poppy Bank Epicenter Mobile Wallet (“Mobile Wallet”) is a digital payment and reward system for storing credits that can be redeemed for gameplay at Epicenter via either a mobile application (“App”) or a plastic card commonly known as a “Game Card.” Collectively both the App and the Game Card shall be referred to as Mobile Wallet for the purposes of this document. This storage and payment method allows for electronic reloading across multiple devices, transferability to and from physical Game Cards, and real-time tracking of Chips and Ticket balances. The Mobile Wallet, including all administration related thereto, is provided by Poppy Bank Epicenter, or its affiliates, parents, or subsidiary companies (collectively “Epicenter”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”). These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of the Mobile Wallet. By downloading, registering, and using the Mobile Wallet, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without notice. You can obtain the latest version of these Terms & Conditions at www.visitepicenter.com/about-us/policies.
Game Cards, Chips, and Tickets
Game Card: A stored value card with a magnetic strip or embedded Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag that allows you to play games at Epicenter. This card is used to electronically store Chips and Tickets balances.
Chips: An electronic medium available for purchase through the Mobile Wallet. Chips are used in the Arcade in place of coins or tokens for gameplay. The cost of any game may require the use of whole or fractional Chips, which may leave guests with a balance of less than the required amount to play. Chips can be reloaded in the Mobile Wallet at any time. Chips do not expire.
Tickets: May be awarded for gameplay at certain redemption-style arcade games. Tickets can be stored on a guest’s Game Card or in the Mobile Wallet. Ticket balances may be checked via the App or at the front desk. Tickets do not expire.
Chips and Tickets do not have a cash value and may not be refunded or exchanged. You may combine Chips and Ticket balances from any number of Game Cards or the Mobile Wallet; provided, however, that Epicenter reserves the right to impose restrictions on Chips and/or Ticket transfers at its discretion.
Lost or Stolen Game Cards or Mobile Wallet Accounts
Epicenter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Game Cards or Mobile Wallet accounts containing Chips or Tickets.
Non-Transferability
Mobile Wallet accounts, along with Chips and Tickets, cannot be sold, transferred, or combined with any other account. Mobile Wallet accounts cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for retail items, or used as gift Cards/certificates. Any resale or other transfer of a Mobile Wallet account for consideration will render the Mobile Wallet account and associated Chip and/or Ticket balances void and subject to cancellation.
Decline to Accept
Epicenter reserves the right to not accept a Mobile Wallet account or Game Card or otherwise limit its use if we believe the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, otherwise unlawful, or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Game Malfunction
You assume inherent risk in the use of Game Cards or Mobile Wallet accounts for malfunctioning games, incorrect Tickets dispensed, or other issues. Tickets are only awarded where no game malfunction has occurred. If a game malfunctions during play, you are not entitled to a refund. If Epicenter confirms that excessive Tickets have been dispensed due to game malfunction, we reserve the right to deduct that corresponding amount from your Game Card or Mobile Wallet balance. Epicenter further reserves the right to make any other adjustments to a guest's Game Card or Mobile Wallet due to game malfunction or fraud, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Game Floor Misconduct
As a guest of Epicenter, you agree to abide by all safety signage, game instructions, and house rules/policies. Epicenter reserves the right to void, confiscate, or refuse redemption for guests not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or any posted safety signage, instructions (either in-game, written on a game, or verbally instructed by an Epicenter employee), and house rules/policies. Epicenter reserves the right to terminate gameplay for Tickets that have been awarded due to game tampering, including but not limited to, tilting, shifting, or exploitation of game malfunctions.
Cancellation
Epicenter reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Mobile Wallet account and revoke or limit any associated rights and privileges at any time without notice, liability, reimbursement or compensation. If termination occurs due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Mobile Wallet or by breach of these Terms & Conditions, all Chips and Tickets will be voided and deemed unusable, and no compensation will be issued. Should a guest’s Mobile Wallet be terminated without cause, Epicenter will refund or issue arcade credits in the amount equivalent to the remaining balance of Chips purchased and Tickets held, less any outstanding amounts owed to Epicenter.

12. Children's Privacy
We are a general audience site, and we do not direct any of our online content specifically at children under 13 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online, and we maintain reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information collected from children.
Furthermore, while many of our offline services are appropriate for children under 13, we only collect information online regarding a child from their parent or legal guardian via our online waiver, which collects:
- First and last name,
- Date of birth,
- Gender, and
- Relationship (Parent or Guardian) to the child.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from any child under the age of 13 through our website. If we collect personal information from a child under 13 offline, like at our arcade or for an event, such collection will be strictly limited to what is reasonably necessary for the child to participate in such an activity.
In particular, this means we: (i) Do not collect personal information from any visitor to our Site prior to collecting age information; and (ii) do not collect, use, or disclose personal information about children under age 13 without first obtaining parental or guardian consent.
If we learn or have reason to suspect that a site user is under age 13, and we have collected personal information from them without first obtaining parental or guardian consent, we will either promptly delete any personal information we have regarding them, or contact their parent or guardian as soon as possible (for instance, if they are already using our offline services, like our arcade).
We may use external services for the purpose of maintaining site security and blocking hacking attempts. These services typically store information such as logs of authorized access and unauthorized access attempts. The services will typically store access information such as IP addresses. However, that security-related data does not include any associated personal information and we do not connect this security-related data to any specific person.
If a parent or guardian wishes to review the personal information collected from a child and/or to refuse to permit us to use or maintain that information further, that parent or guardian may contact us. Please note, however, that legal waivers may need to be maintained depending on the circumstances.
13. Browser “Do Not Track” Requests
This Site treats the privacy of all users with an equally high level of respect and priority. Thus, all users and user information is treated the same. This Site does not acknowledge your browser’s “Do Not Track” requests.

We are not required to comply with data subject requests under those regulations, and may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If Epicenter becomes subject to any such laws and regulations, this Privacy Policy will be updated to comply with such laws and regulations.
